I don't eat vegetables and I only sometimes eat fruit

I am happy, feel love from and to my partner and feel love with or without a partner
I don't feel loved and I don't feel I love myself or others like I would like to
I try to love others and myself but don't always feel it in return. I am not sure how to feel more love from myself and would love to have more love soon!

How do you process emotions and stress?
I don't think I process emotions. I feel overwhelmed by them and uncomfortable. I don't want to talk about it.
I see a therapist or have a coach and feel that my life is getting better all the time. I understand how my emotions work and feel I have a healthy method of processing them. I am able to let go and resolve negative feelings.
While I have a coach or therapist, I still feel stuck and unclear about how to get better with this and feel better more often.

How is your work/life balance?
While I try my best, I am still working and have more stress than I would like
I am a workaholic. Stress never ends.
I take several hours a week for self care, rest and fun to balance out my stressful day/work life. I am not perfect but I commit regularly to scheduling me time, down time and rejuvenating activities.

What is your relationship to a spiritual practice?
I don't have one. I don't believe in anything. I am an athiest
Every day I something: journal, meditation, prayer, gratitude journal. But I'd like some consistency.
I have a strong, regular spiritual or religious practice that I am committed to and feel supports my life.
