Instructions for 30 Day Manifestation Challenge
This audio is a combined edited version of two sets of instructions, I wanted you to have the complete thought process before starting the program. Listen to this at least once before the 30 Day Challenge and maybe again half way in if you find you need help with the concept of the practice.
2nd audio Chakra Clearing (11 min)
This clearing audio can be started after the 2nd week and can be done in any physical position. Would be best to have ear buds or headphones on for this.
