JJ Flizanes is a former personal trainer who was named Best Personal Trainer in Los Angeles in 2007 by Elite Traveler Magazine and has been featured on national television and in major publications for her expertise in fitness, health, and behavior change.

Today, JJ is a health educator and empowerment strategist who helps people transform their bodies by understanding—not fighting—them. With a background in exercise science, biomechanics, and long-term behavior change, she specializes in improving body composition, increasing strength, and restoring energy through sustainable, personalized strategies.

Rather than promoting restriction or quick fixes, JJ teaches a comprehensive approach that integrates nutrition, metabolism, resistance training, hormones, and nervous system regulation.
