Today, JJ is a health educator and empowerment strategist who helps people transform their bodies by understandingânot fightingâthem. With a background in exercise science, biomechanics, and long-term behavior change, she specializes in improving body composition, increasing strength, and restoring energy through sustainable, personalized strategies.
