For 2022, having a strong idea or direction is a must or having at least a part time business already is best.  A mastermind is a combination of education/growth and collaboration from the others in the group. It's a Think Tank with a leader and structure, but it's not a "class" or course.

All meetings are offered for coaching, education and referrals. While you are investing in these meetings, they are recorded in the case you can not make them live.  In person events, minus an emergency, are required. They are where most of the biggest shifts and transformation happens. Live events are not recorded. Live event and meeting schedules are determined by the group.

This mastermind is a mind-body-soul-money group. Within the group, and my 20 years in business, there will be resources to help support all types of businesses.  What ALL businesses have in common is that you have something  you are selling to someone else- regardless of the product or service, all business needs a strategy for sales , leads, conversion and delivery. And since business grows as you grow as a person, the life coaching component helps to grow the business owner in order to expand your ability to receive more. If your #1 focus is money and the bottomline without the attention to life balance and personal growth, this might not be the group for you.  We won't sacrifice health and relationships for wealth. Regardless of what your business is, marketing strategy and sales strategy applies to all businesses.

Group focused coaching sessions are loosely structured to offer support where people need it the most, make monthly goals and offer accountability. There will be content designed to address the needs of the group monthly as well as a library of content to access during your time in the group. The live weekends are structured to include hot seat time for everyone to be focused on along with other mind body soul processes to facilitate personal development and transformation.
